Samsung 900x Machines do not support USB enumeration when resuming from hibernation

When we enable BitLocker Drive Encryption on Samsung 900x Series machines and we are using USB startup keys or USB Recovery Keys for BitLocker, USB enumeration does not work if we resume the machine from Hibernation Mode.
