Everytime I start the windows I get next message

Whenever I press "No", the box closes down, but when I press "Yes" it appears another time, then if I pressed "Yes" again, it disapppears.
No matter what I choosed, it will appear next time I open the window. It's really not a big issue, but if I can fix it, it will be better.
