in my W7 I have something very strange. That I open a first file of a program or application and it is opened maximized. But when I open a second file or doc of a previous application program, that one is minimized at the taskbar. Your help is appreciated.

it is very simple.
I open a program or a document from a program (let's say a Word doc). It opens maximized, correctly. Ok, well then I want to open another Word document and the second file is opened minimized that is at the taskbar. So everytime I need to click at the taskbar so as to see my second Word doc.
And the same with any program that is already opened or any application that is running.
