Windows 7 Server Execution Failed

This is a common issue in windows 7 apparently. Why does this issue happen?

Hi,
Is your D: drive a secondary physical drive or a separate partition on your primary hard drive (C: bootdrive)?

If a secondary physical drive, have you tested that drive with drive diagnostics? Such as DLG for WD drives; see here: Link Removed
