Windows 7 Should I buy Windows 7 on a CD

What is the advantage to purchasing Windows 7 on a CD versus simply downloading the file and inserting the license key?
 
You have the install media, vs having to download it. The download is freely accessible it just takes time. Other than that nothing.

For a decent connection speed (over 100 Mbs) I don't see a problem. Nevertheless must take into account that via Wi-fi router speed connection will be lower than incoming signal from provider.
 
If your Windows license is OEM version download will not work, I know I tried. Microsoft would not recognize OEM license.

I had to purchase recovery media from manufacturer.
