Windows 7 Sticky Notes Not Opening

I used to use the sticky notes on my computer, and when I restarted it they wouldn't open anymore. If I search for 'sticky notes' it will come up with what my notes used to say, but won't let me click on them. If I try opening them, nothing happens.

What can I do?

The issue may be related to corrupted application files. Create a new shortcut or initialize Sticky Notes from its source folder, C:\Windows\System32\StikyNot.exe.

If Sticky Notes doesn't open, then put your 7 DVD in drive, Start button > cmd (run as Administrator) > sfc /scannow.
