Windows 10 Stuck in Lock Screen Windows 10 Pro

Hi everyone.
First of all, Im really sorry for my bad English.

Its began when Im using msconfig to start safe mode for scaning virus/malware.

After I finish scaning, Im restarting PC without using msconfig again to turn off safe mode.. Suddenly, Im stucked in Lock Screen.

My keyboard and mouse is still working, and I cant use SHIFT+Restart.

I really need help.
Thank you very much, if someone can tell me how to fix it I really appreciate it.

Solution
Press the Power off switch and keep it pressed until your system is off.
Restart your system, press repeatedly F8 and you should be able to select a mode.
