Windows Vista Successfully Installing an Unsupported Printer on Windows Vista

i am new to the windows vista forum. what i can say at this point is that as i grew more and more frustrated trying to install an unsupported printer in vista i turned to the forum. i found a suggestion in a few seconds followed it and my printer now works in vista apparently flawlessly. my gratitude as i am off to a good start.
