Since I live in Belgium I'd like my keyboard configured the AZERTY way.

I know I should edit these settings in my control panel.
But there I simply don't have the option to choose AZERTY.
Can I download those configurations anywhere?

If your keyboard is setup as the wrong one, you can easily correct this by changing to a language that uses that keyboard.

Step 1: Go to the Start button and open "Control Panel"
Step 2: Choose the option "Region And Language"
Step 3: Select "Keyboards And Languages" Tab
Step 4: If your keyboard is set to "French" (AZERTY) change it to "English US/UK" and if your keyboard is set to an English language (QWERTY), change the language to "French" (AZERTY).
Step 5: In the "Keyboard" section, choose "QWERTY" or "AZERTY" and apply the changes by clicking "OK"

Yeah, but my problem is the list of available keyboard layouts does not contain AZERTY.
