Windows 10 Text Colour

Can someone please tell me why the text under my desktop icons has turned black,it used to be white.i can hardly see it since it turned black.Thanks greyhound

Neemober i have a picture same one i have had for last 2 years.the text was white when i closed down yesterday,but black when i booted up today.Thank You.Greyhound
