Windows 10 the address of the on screen trackpad

If I want to connect the on screen keyboard to the shortcut button of my pen, I know where to find it.
Well, I now want to connect the on screen trackpad to the shortcut button. Where would I find this app.

I don't know if it's available in the later builds of Windows 10.

Thanks for your reply. The on screen trackpad is available on my machine - (ms surface Book 2 + build 1903)
All I want is the 'file location' of this app. Find gives nothing - I guess 'on screen trackpad' is not the name the machine uses for the app.
