I am using Windows 7 Home Premium OS.
Lately I have been getting the error message mentioned in the subject.
I have also tried the option of "To access the console type Services in the Start Search field, and pressENTER. You will need to click Continue if prompted to open the Services window. In this window you will want to locate theSecurity Center service right-click it, and select Start." I do not get any error code and this makes the security center service to work for 15-20 seconds after which it reverts to off mode once again.
What could be the issue and how do I resolve it.
Any help would be great.
