Windows 7 Thunderbird 3 printing problem

Hi everyone!

I have an annoying problem with Thunderbird 3 on Windows 7.
Whenever i try to print an e-mail, i receive an error message saying an unknown message occured. The problem starts with the fact, that the print preview shows a blank page.

have you tried saving the email to something like your documents first?

Yes, that works.
But the user of the workstation refuses to accept that as a solution.

Well I checked the FAQ for Thunderbird and didn't really find anything useful.. The only other thing I could suggest is trying the Thunderbird forum?
