Windows 7 Troubleshooting Microsoft Virtual WiFi Adapter on Windows 7: Connection Issues and Solutions

Has anybody got this to work yet. I upograded my wireless driver this evening (Atheros AR5B95) and a new adapoter appeared, Network Connection 2 Microsoft virtual mini port adapter. I have been trying to use this connection without sucess. Basically I dont know how to make it connect to a wireless network. There is no connect option on it.

NOW, strangley the adapter had suddenly disappeared. I have no idea why. I will reboot in a minute to see if it reappears. Its playing with me

Windows 7 Build 7100. I haven't upgraded to the RTM yet.
