Two vulnerabilities found in industrial control system software made in China but used worldwide could be remotely exploited by attackers, according to a warning issued June 16 by the U.S. Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team (ICS-CERT)

This could cause denial of service attacks and remote code execution. The SCADA software has been in the news quite a bit for being vulnerable in certain areas.

The US Department of Homeland Security has warned that products made by Beijing-based Sunway ForceControl Technology are insecure and could be a gateway for hackers.

Patches have been implemented, but in most cases additional vulnerabilities are found after the patch
