I am getting a message "You do not have permission to access \ \ 192.168.1.1. Contact your network administrator to request access" when i try to connect to my LAPTOP from my brother's LAPTOP.

Type of connection : Wired
Network Discovery is enabled
File and Printer Sharing is enabled
Password Protected sharing is turned OFF
Enabled file and printer sharing in windows Firewall.
Logged on as administrator on both System.
OS: Windows 7
i made sure these services are running.
DNS Client
Function Discovery Resource Publication
SSDP Discovery
UPnP Device Host
Server
TCP/IP NetBIOS
Computer Browser

WorkGroup is same for both system


I would appreciate your suggestion to solve this. I have been trying for long time
There is no problem with the connection cable because i can access My brother's Laptop from my System.The reverse is not possible, Help me
