the bios screen is not loaded while start up / Resting the PC
unresponsive screen when loading windows from external device

if you are using a monitor with high specs the bios screen doesnt match the resolution and fail to display

solution : lower the resolution of the monitor or use a standard moniotr like dell , Benq

If you're facing issues with the BIOS screen not loading during startup or when resetting your PC, or if the screen becomes unresponsive when loading Windows from an external device, there could be a few possible causes for these problems.
One common issue could be related to the resolution of your monitor. If you're using a monitor with high specifications, such as a high-resolution or ultra-wide monitor, it's possible that the BIOS screen's resolution doesn't match that of your monitor. This can cause the BIOS screen to fail to display properly. To address this, you can try lowering the resolution of your monitor temporarily or switch to using a standard monitor.
Here are a few steps you can take to lower the resolution of your monitor temporarily:
1. Right-click on your desktop and select "Display settings" or "Screen resolution."
2. In the display settings or screen resolution window, you should see a drop-down menu labeled "Resolution." Click on the drop-down menu and select a lower resolution option.
3. Apply the new resolution and check if the BIOS screen now displays correctly during startup or when loading Windows from an external device.
If switching to a lower resolution doesn't solve the issue, another option is to use a different monitor altogether. Monitors from brands like Dell or BenQ are known for their reliability and compatibility with various devices.
In addition to these solutions, it's also recommended to ensure that your BIOS firmware is up to date. Visit the manufacturer's website for your computer or motherboard to check for any available BIOS updates and follow their instructions to install them.
If none of these solutions work, you may want to consider seeking assistance from a professional technician who specializes in hardware or contacting the customer support of your computer or motherboard manufacturer for further assistance. They may be able to provide more specific guidance based on your specific hardware configuration.
