I enjoy reading news articles on the USA Today app, and am able to view the videos. However the videos have no audio sound?

The sound in every other app on this PC works fine, but not in this particular app?

I have tried to check my PC settings for audio and videos but am not finding what could be causing this issue. [Samsung series 7 slate tablet PC w/ Windows 8 RP version O/S]

No help available at "the Store". Any suggestions?
