Can anyone help here.
I'm new to windows 7 and recently my laptop, Toshiba, has started playing up. Once switched on it ask for password as usual, then we get an error saying 'profile user lockout.
The only way I have been able to get over this is to start in safe mode and do a system restore. It seems strange that the computer will allow me to use my password to enter in safe mode but not normal mode.
The laptop will be OK for about a week then the problem happens again.
Any help / suggestions would be approeciated.
Also is it possible to start the computer without using a password?.
Regards,
gewahu
