Windows 7 VirtualDubMod and Lame ACM and Win7 x64

So I can't get Lame ACM to show up in VirtualDubMod. I have tried a x64 installer and an elevated command prompt using rundll32 setupapi etc. None of it will work. Anybody have any tips for me?
