Windows Vista Vista SP1 integrated

Anyone know when this will be available on MSDN or in retail? I'm ready to buy Vista but I really want an official DVD with SP1 integrated. I will probably buy Vista SP1 Ultimate OEM (whenever that is available - should be quicker than the retail package though right?)

I think if I remember right it's going to be around April time for the integrated DVDs.. Altho' I should imagine retail and OEM copies should appear about the same time.

Aren't the MSDN/Technet builds almost the same as OEM if not the same?
