What happen if i install w7(home prmium gen) after the installation of Ubuntu 11.04 in another disk partition?Any suggestion is welcomed!

I've never used Ubuntu so I can't speak for sure on this. However, it would be easiest if Windows 7 was installed first because the boot manager in Windows is very particular but also easier to work with.
However if you check the information at this link, you should be fine:

(If it doesn't automatically hop to that spot on the page, scroll to "Install Ubuntu after Windows".
If you choose to install Windows and then Ubuntu, the Windows boot manager should automatically add Ubuntu to the list of options when starting your computer. Otherwise you can use a tool called easyBCD, available here: Download EasyBCD 2.0.2 - NeoSmart Technologies
