Windows 7 What Graphics Card?

Ok so I have a Gateway GT5468 and I need help picking what Graphics card to pick, but also I want to know it matches my computer. Also if it matches my mother board.

Both cards are similar and will work. Both cards are refurbished. You will breathe a little more life into that system but it is max'ed out at 2 gigs of ram
