A couple of days ago a dialog box opens every time I boot up and I have to close it about 3 times before it finaly disapears.
Its title is: SoftSuite.exe and inside the box it says:
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Hardisk6\DR6.
I googled it and I only seen a brief reference to it saying it had something to do with Packard Bell, but nothing about getting rid of it.
Also my computer is a Packard Bell.

Any help on this anoying thing appreciated.

Open Ms config and the startup tab. You will almost certainly see a related entry there for somethin called softsuite. Untick it.
Is there nothing showing in the installed programs list, to uninstall it?
As you say, it seems to be a program that Packard Bell are sponsering.

Thanks that done the job, it was listed as a Packard Bell program.
No there was nothing showing in the Installed program list.
Thanks again.
I am still having trouble finding how to mark a post as Solved
