Windows 7 Win7 user access for C: drive

Hello,

I am experiencing a problem in my win7 operating system. I have created a user & the user is not able to write to the C: I tried giving permissions but it gives access denied & file is in use error. how to give effective permissions to the user to use C: to write a temp file.

you may have created a standard user account,

YOU NEED TO BE ON THE OTHER ACCOUNT THAT YOU HAVNT JUST CREATED

if you go to
start
control panel
user accounts and family safety
user accounts
manage another account
click the user you just created
change account type
click administrator, then ok
