Introduction​

We are pleased to inform Windows Insiders that Windows 10 22H2 Build 19045.4472 (KB5037849) is now available in the Release Preview Channel for Insiders already using Windows 10, version 22H2. This update brings forth several enhancements and features to improve the Windows 10 experience.

  • Microsoft Entra ID Account Fix: Resolved an issue where devices were unable to authenticate a second Microsoft Entra ID account post the Windows update from November 13, 2023.
  • Server Domain Interaction: Addressed an issue where servers, after being removed from a domain, encountered exceptions when using the Get-LocalGroupMember cmdlet in cases where local groups contained domain members.
  • WPF App Improvement: Fixed a bug causing Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) apps to become unresponsive.
  • Hidden Window Display Issue: Corrected the display of hidden windows where title bars lacked content and client areas when sharing screens through certain apps.
  • IPP-over-USB Printer Problem: Rectified an issue where deleting an IPP-over-USB printer still displayed it as unavailable in the Control Panel.
  • TWAIN Driver Stability: Stabilized TWAIN drivers to prevent unresponsiveness in virtual environments.
  • COSA Profiles Update: Updated Country and Operator Settings Asset (COSA) profiles for specific mobile operators.
  • Share Button Compatibility: Resolved an issue where the Share button on USB controllers did not function correctly with Game Bar.
  • UWF WMI API Corrections: Addressed access denied exceptions when making Unified Write Filter (UWF) Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) API calls to shut down or restart the system.
