Windows 11 Build 22000.2243 Now Available: Key Enhancements and Fixes

Windows Insider Program Team has announced the release of Windows 11 Build 22000.2243 (KB5028245) to users in the Release Preview Channel on the original release of Windows 11. This update brings a variety of improvements and enhancements to address various issues and optimize performance. Here are some key highlights of this update:
New Features and Enhancements Include:
- Handwriting Software Input Panel (SIP) Support: Now meets GB18030-2022 conformance level 2, meeting level 3 requirements.
- Modern Standby Issue Fix: Addresses an issue where Win32 and UWP apps may close when devices enter Modern Standby, particularly if certain Bluetooth Phone Link features are enabled.
- Reliability of Windows Push Notification Services (WNS): Improves the connection between the client and the WNS server for enhanced reliability.
- UI Automation and Caching Mode Fix: Resolves an issue affecting UI Automation and caching mode functionality.
- Notification Platform Improvement: Fixes issues related to sending notifications from applications.
- Hybrid Joined Devices Fix: Allows sign-in to hybrid joined devices even when not connected to the internet, particularly when using Windows Hello for Business credentials.
Various System Enhancements:
- Addresses issues related to network connectivity, CPU reporting, autoupdate process resilience, font hinting, text edit controls in XAML, VPN reliability, and more.
- Fixes a deadlock in IPsec and addresses issues with display and audio devices missing after system resumes from sleep.
- Enhancements have been made for Defender Firewall Profile, virtual private networks (VPN), Bluetooth connectivity, and BitLocker usage.
- Increases the resilience in downloading Windows Autopilot policy.
- Various fixes for user mode printer drivers, gaming-related errors, Defender Firewall Profile, and fastfat file system driver.
