Input and Settings
- Enhanced performance for high report rate mice during gaming and fixed touch gesture issues with the Start menu.
- Resolved certification authentication hang while connecting to VPN.
- Fixed Quick Settings crashes and blurry app icons under Settings > Apps > Default apps.

Known Issues
General
- Using Windows Hello for facial recognition sign-in may not work on Arm64 PCs. Utilize the Hello PIN as a workaround.
Taskbar and System Tray
- The taskbar may crop in half when using the tablet-optimized taskbar, particularly on secondary monitors.
Task Manager and Widgets
- Some dialogs might not render correctly in the chosen theme.
