Security Notice​

• Secure Boot certificate expiration: Most Windows device Secure Boot certificates will expire starting June 2026. Users must update them in advance to avoid boot issues.

Gradual Rollout Features​

• Recall (Europe EEA support): Now available in EEA, with options to export and decrypt snapshots for third-party use using a unique code (user must keep this code safe).
• Recall Reset: All Recall users can now reset Recall and delete all its data via advanced settings.
• Click to Do Actions:
• Practice in Reading Coach: Uses the Reading Coach app for fluency/pronunciation feedback.
• Read with Immersive Reader: Focused reading environment with customization and audio support.
• Draft with Copilot in Word: Instantly draft content from selected text (requires Copilot subscription).
• Actions through Teams: Send Teams messages or schedule meetings directly via Click to Do on recognized emails.
• Settings App Improvements:
• AI-powered Agent: Helps find/change settings and can automate tasks (Copilot+ PCs, English only, Snapdragon first).
• Search Box Placement: On non-Copilot+ PCs, the search box is more visible in Settings.

• Windows Resiliency Initiative:
• Quick Machine Recovery: Automatic issue fixes using WinRE; targeted at reducing downtime. Admin control via Intune.
• Restart Experience Redesign: Modernized screen during unexpected restarts for clarity and speed.
• Start Menu Policy: New Boolean option lets admins apply pins once, after which users can customize freely.
• Snap Enhancements: Inline tips and shortcuts for using Snap.

How To Get the Update​

• Available via Windows Update, Windows Update for Business, Update Catalog, and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
• Update combines the latest Servicing Stack Update (SSU) and Latest Cumulative Update (LCU).
• Manual install via MSU files with DISM or PowerShell is supported.

Removal Instructions​

• To remove the LCU, use DISM /online /Remove-Package with the LCU package name.
• SSU cannot be removed individually.
