This update is cumulative and includes security fixes and improvements from the June 10, 2025, security update KB5060842, as well as its own fixes. - Main fix — Incompatibility with Easy Anti-Cheat:
- Addresses an issue where Windows could restart unexpectedly when opening games using the Easy Anti-Cheat service (commonly used in online multiplayer PC games).
- Note: Most Windows users were not affected, as the problematic June 10, 2025 update (KB5060842) was not offered to devices with Easy Anti-Cheat installed.
- This OOB (Out-of-band) update will automatically download and install on devices with Easy Anti-Cheat or those who haven't yet installed KB5060842.
