I can not find the answer I wanted about the Windows 7 Anytime Upgrade.

I ordered the Windows 7 Home Premium to Professional anytime upgrade and wanted to know the following:

Does this mean that the next time I needed to reinstall Windows 7 on my laptop, I can use my Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade DVD and do a clean install by using the product key that came with the anytime upgrade?

Can I use the Product key that came with the Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade DVD on another pc or does this key becomes invalid?
