Windows 7 windows 7 change all system's language

i would like to know how can i completly change my windows 7 language and not only keyboard language
for example saying υπολογιστης (greek) than computer
πινακας ελενχου than control panel
and all messages errors warnings all in greek
how can i do that?

You need to be running Windows Ultimate, test004. You can then use Windows update to install further language packs.

after i download greek language from windows update how can i activate it on the system or will it be activated automatic
