I can not find this feature in RC. I think Microsoft has removed this feature. Ask "davehc" - he has written a blog about this feature and has removed his blog entry.

Well woosh. I am working hard through the Beta test program to convince them it should be reinstated - and soliciting other users to post feedback - before it reaches final.

With frequent invasions of computer savvy grandchildren, I found it a great feature.
