Windows 7 Windows 7 Shortcut Refreshed On Startup

A few weeks after I installed Windows 7, my shortcuts began to refresh every time I start up.

I don't know what that means. Can you add some details? Does that change anything or have any effect on the behavior?

Hi. Do you know how on win XP when your computers starts up the icons loads and are there then turn like into these white page pictures then return to their icons pictures? That is what happened to me with my win 7, I don't know why it happened, i was installing updates and downloading programs.
