Windows 7 Windows 7 Update

I already did update to my Windows 7 RC sometime ago but when I've tried to check for updates few minutes ago I got error, here it is :

Link Removed due to 404 Error

No idea which service exactly have to do with windows updates.

Go to Administrative Tools and then Services, it's near the bottom of the list called 'Windows Update'. Right-click on it and press Start. It should be set to start with Windows (Delayed Start), if not then change it in the drop-down box if you want to schedule your updates automatically.
