this is exactly my problem.
I tried everything there! but couldn't be able to fix the problem.
I noticed that my active partition is a "syster reserved" which means that I have another HIDING partitiion that windows made when I reinstalled windows when the old one crased for no reason..

so, I had windows ultimate (the one that I bought with the computer) and it got crashed and I install a fresh copy of proffesional windows 7. seem that he recovered the old one. but I have windows 7 pro now.
thank you.

It seems like you are encountering an issue with an annoying message during the boot process on your computer, and you have identified that the active partition is labeled as "System Reserved." This often indicates that there is another hidden partition created by Windows during reinstallation. To address this problem, you can try the following steps: 1. Verify Boot Configuration: - Press Windows key + R, type msconfig, and hit Enter. - In the System Configuration window, go to the "Boot" tab. - Check if the correct version of Windows is listed as the default operating system. - If not, select the correct entry and set it as the default. 2. Fix Boot Record: - Open Command Prompt as an administrator. - Type the...

Fix Boot Record: - Open Command Prompt as an administrator. - Type the following command:
Code:
 bootrec /RebuildBcd
- Follow the on-screen instructions to rebuild the boot configuration data. 3. Remove the Old Windows Installation: - Press Windows key + X and select "Disk Management." - Identify the partition with the old Windows installation. - Right-click on the partition and select "Delete Volume." - After deleting the volume, you may need to extend the current Windows partition to reclaim that space. 4. Check System Reserved Partition: - The "System Reserved" partition should typically be around 100MB. - Ensure that this partition is not damaged or missing any key files. 5. Backup Important Data: - Before making any significant changes to partitions, ensure you have backups of important data. By following these steps, you should be able to address the boot message issue and potentially clean up any remnants of the old Windows installation. If you encounter any difficulties or need further assistance, feel free to provide additional details.
