Windows 7 Windows cannot find 'java'.

I am trying to set up a server for the Minecraft game and I am follow the tutorial off of their wiki (Link Removed due to 404 Error) and when I do Run> java -version I come up with the error Windows cannot find 'java'. I know I have java installed and up to date. I am running windows 7 64 bit. Please help.
