Windows 7 Windows Index tool

G'day all,
I have Windows 7 installed on a Dell M60 laptop, however when fist ran the Windows Experience Index I did not have the correct driver for my video card and I got a score of 1.0 I have now installed the correct video driver however when I try to use, windows experience Index to have is see my video card, it gets to media decoder performance, and locks the computer up...
Is there a way to get around this? as I would like to see this in all it visual glory?...

Hello there, Welcome to Windows7forum! :)

Which driver did you download and install? Was it just one of the not so good Microsoft ones or one from the manufacturer's (of your gpu) site? Which version of Win 7 are you currently running? 32 bit or 64 bit?

I downloaded driver from Dell's site and I am sorry for not mentioning I am using 32bit version...
