Windows 7 Windows slows down, then freezes. On restart, says it was BSOD error

One time this happened after trying to upgrade to OneNote 2010. The installer would freeze, and then my computer would freeze on every subsequent restart it. Only system restore got it working again. However, this has happened at other random times as well. Attached are .mdp files. I would appreciate any and all help.
