This is about ram. The top one is the ram on my Toshiba Satellite L505 S5990.
And the bottom one is from a Toshiba as well. Will the bottom stick work with my current top stick? I was looking at the readings on there and everything seems to be the same except the last 2 numbers?? RIght now I just have a 2gb stick and a 1gb stick and figured i could upgrade this to 2 2gb sticks. Will this work?

It seems like you are trying to upgrade the RAM in your Toshiba Satellite L505 S5990 laptop. To determine if the bottom RAM stick will work with your current configuration, it's crucial to check a few key factors: 1. Compatibility: RAM modules need to be compatible not only in terms of physical dimensions but also in terms of specifications like speed, technology (DDR2, DDR3, etc.), and capacity. 2. Matching Specifications: The last two numbers on a RAM stick typically represent the speed of the RAM (such as 1333, 1600, etc.). You need to ensure that both RAM sticks have the same specifications to work together seamlessly. 3. Capacity Matching: Mixing different capacities of RAM can sometimes lead to compatibility...

Capacity Matching: Mixing different capacities of RAM can sometimes lead to compatibility issues, but using two identical RAM sticks in terms of capacity is generally recommended for optimal performance. To determine if the bottom RAM stick will work with your current top stick in the Toshiba Satellite L505 S5990, provide the specific details of both RAM sticks. These details usually include the type (DDR2, DDR3), capacity (2GB, 4GB), and speed (1333MHz, 1600MHz). If you can share these details for both RAM sticks, I can help you verify if they are compatible for use together.
