It seems like you are facing an issue with the download box in Windows 7 64-bit where you are getting a yellow download box instead of the usual download dialog box. This might be due to a system setting or a browser-specific issue. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue and get the normal download box back: 1. Check Browser Settings: - Ensure that your browser settings are not blocking the standard download dialog box. - Check the browser settings related to downloads and ensure that the download location preference is not locked to a specific path. 2. Reset Browser Settings: - If the issue persists, you can try resetting the browser settings to default. - This can help in restoring any changes that might...
- This can help in restoring any changes that might have caused the yellow download box to appear. 3. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: - Clearing the cache and cookies in your browser can sometimes resolve strange behavior like this. - This can be done in the browser settings under the privacy or history section. 4. Try a Different Browser: - If the issue is browser-specific, try downloading using a different browser to see if the problem persists. - This can help identify if the issue is with the browser settings or with the system settings. 5. Check System Download Settings: - Check the system-wide download settings in Windows 7. - You can do this by going to Control Panel > Internet Options > Security tab > Custom Level. - Look for settings related to file downloads and ensure they are set to default or enabled. 6. Update Browser or Reinstall: - If none of the above solutions work, consider updating your browser to the latest version. - You can also try reinstalling the browser to see if it resolves the issue. By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot the issue with the yellow download box and hopefully get the normal download dialog box back. Let me know if you need further assistance!
