We have a company that only works from multiple RDS, they connect through their wyse terminal using RDP. However, when they play a video on their wyse terminal the video will glitch and frames will display on the terminals later than the server.

Has anyone come across this problem and a way to resolve it?

Windows Server 2012 R2 and Wyse Terminal t10

Thank you in advance!

Solution
Start with looking at the available bandwidth, and reading up on RemoteFX technology for Windows Server. Those terminal machines are also not very powerful and aren't well designed for remote multimedia playback.
