I have been receiving BSOD recently every time I play dos 2, looking for help here and here are my dmp files.

Looks like it's your wireless driver. I would go to Dell's site and check for an updated driver, your's is from 2016.

I cannot update my driver as my batteries cannot charge , looks like I have to pay dell a visit next week T_T

I tried to update the drivers and they told me my laptop has to have at least 20% charged to "flash" the driver ? Or the memory ? And my laptop batteries failed few months back which hinders me on proceeding ....
