I have a windows 7 PC. have Gigabyte g41 Combo motherboard with 2 GB ram and dual core processor. When I shutdown my PC , it starts automaticaly again. Only swith of the UPS can shut it down. Plz help me to solve this problem.

Maybe the power button on the case of the computer is defective. There probably is a contact all the time.
In order to test it you have to disconnect the power button from the motherboard and test it with a Multimeter for continuity. You can use the Ohm measurement unit.
