I installed an OCZ "Vertex" 60GB SSD as my C: Drive with a magnetic drive for files and backup.
I now get to the Sign-on screen in 20sec. And everything launches super-quick. I like it!
Only one glitch: The SSD did not like AHCI mode at all and locked-up repeatedly. I reconfigured the BIOS back to IDE mode and all is well.

Ocz ssd

I just put in one of the Summit 120 gig drives and did a new install at the same time and it put my performance score up to 6.2. Smoken fast. I like it :D

The benchmarks are comparable to SCSI drives, which is very good for no moving parts :D
