I ordered Win 7 Pro using the UK student offer and i got my download link this morning. But it doesn't apperear to have shown up in my bank account yet! Has anyone else been charged?

Also, has anyone heard anything about or received their back-up media?

I haven't checked my bank account but I won't be happy if money has been taken. The download does not function "out of the box" with problems extracting. If £ has gone, they will be facing a complaint under The Sale of Goods Act! as it is far from fit for purpose!!
