Windows 7 Box on Top Left of Desktop?

I have a bit of an odd problem, it looks like theres a program / application window that didn't close properly. The left has like a glitched graphic or something.

Appears after restarts, and after reloading shell.

I just finished upgrading from Windows 7 Beta from a USB installation. I installed a few programs and thought it would go away. It didn't. Here it is:

Have you tried changing your wallpaper?

Do you recall what software you installed when the problem began?

So, you were seeing it in the beta, and now your seeing it again in the RC - is that right? Yeah, I like the idea of the wallpaper change. You might also want to look at graphics drivers, that could help.
