Windows 7 Can't install screen saver, having Flash Player problems

Today I downloaded a screensaver, and when I tried to install it, a message popped up saying something like "this screensaver cannot function with the latest version of Macromedia Flash Player" and then it will close in about 3 seconds. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Welcome to the forums!

You can install an older version of Flash:
Download Macromedia Flash Player - Old Version.com

But I don't recommend it since other things might not work. I'd suggest to use a different screen saver.

Is there any way I could possibly update the screensaver for flash player 10?

You would have to have to ask the company or individual that created the screen saver.
