Every time I want to upload videos from phone to computer or from computer to phone, this is the message that I get: "Device has stopped responding". How can I solve this?? I have tried using different usb ports on the computer, including the one on the back of the case. It's not my phone or cable's fault, because it worked fine on another computer. I'm thinking it could be the driver's fault, because to be honest, I don't even know if my drivers are installed properly, and I get around 2-3 messages saying that my devices are not working due to driver error. However, I don't even know what drivers to install since the device shows up as "Unknown device". Any help would be greatly appreciated. Btw, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 2, GT-N7105. Another thing to note is that I built the computer by myself, so there might be some connection problems?? I don't really know.
