Solution
If there is no "Run As Administrator" then that means autoruns is already running as administrator. That would tell me what ever your trying to change isn't meant to be changed. In other words the item probably is limited to access by the system account.
When I opened the file, I right-clicked it and selected Run as Administrator. It still did not work. Plus there is no option for Run As Administrator under File.Click on File at the top, if you see "Run As Administrator" click on. Then you should be able to make the change
